Yummy Chocolate Muffins

Chocolate muffins

Every odd week i have been making some yummy chocolate muffins. I found the recipe online. l will share you all the recipe just here:

Serving;12
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes 

Ingrediants:
225g (8oz) plain flour
55g (20oz) coca powder
2 teasespoons baking powder
115g (40oz) light brown sugar
150g (50oz) milk chocolate broken up
55g (20oz) raisins
2 eggs
250ml semi skimmed milk
6 tablespoons Flora Cuisine

Method:
1.)Preheat oven 200C/180C fan/Gas Mark 6. Line 12 hole muffin tin with paper cases.
2.)Sieve flour, coca and baking powder into large bowl, stir in sugar, raisins and most of the chocolate
3.)Put eggs in large jug and beat lightly, add milk and flora cusine 
4.)Make a well in dry mixture and stir in egg mix untill combined
5.)Spoon into paper cases, sprinkle with remaining choclate and cook for 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool on wire rack for 5 minutes dust with icing sugar if you want them to look a bit posh!

The flora cuisine is instead of using fattening butters
